RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns of unused merchandise (at our discretion). If said merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt, in new resaleable condition. We will refund 100% of the product purchase price, if it is returned in all of its packaging, instructions, all parts and accessories intact. Except in the case of items that are not resaleable for hygienic reasons.

1. A-List Baby Crib and Bedding order number, product model Number (stock number) and description. We will also request date of order puchase and the reason for return.

Your return authorization number
Due to the technicalities involved in returning an item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. You can get this number simply by calling, 1-516-608-4222. If a package arrives without a return authorization number, it will be refused or returned at the buyers expense. Any custom made item(s) will have no returns. If the package is not returned as per the above directions, a 25% restocking fee may be applied to the return.
